And that is how he changed.
Madame Marissa had a secret pact with this guy but he betrayed her and she was not pleased. And she was not going to let it slide either. That is why she had to punish the guy and she did it with her wrestling and martial arts prowess. She kicked the guy and choked him to make him realize how wrong he was and why he had to learn never to do that again.
This guy was rude because he thought that since he was well built, he could do whatever he wanted. But the mistress did not care about that. Instead, she turned on him and with her superior mixed martial arts, she was able to disarm him and to make him regret what he had done. And that is why he learned never to mess with her or anyone else for that matter.
Mistress Eva felt harassed by her neighbor and she had to dominate him to teach him a lesson he had never been taught before. The mistress made sure that she choked the neighbor and that she used her mixed martial arts to do it. By the time she was done with him, he had learned his lesson the hard way and he knew she was not one to mess with.

And as he felt pain and could not break free, he realized he was fighting a pro and he panicked. She choked him and made sure he felt all the pain he could so that he could get toughened up.
When mistress Jeanne and her boyfriend had an issue, she had to make sure it ended with her teaching him a lesson he would never forget. So she went out of his way to beat him up with her fighting girls prowess. She used her mixed martial arts to do something about it and he was scared shitless as he did not know she could do what she had done to him.
